This is an information site for New York City residents who are tenants in buildings owned by Vantage Properties LLC. It is a work in progress and it's main function is to unite and inform tenants, community, political leaders and the media with information about Vantage Management Services. It will also include links to New York City and State Government agencies, the Housing Court System and the law in regards to your rights as a tenant. It will also function as a community board with links to elected officials and administration offices and what they are doing to address issues effecting tenants in Vantage owned buildings.
