Vantage just doesn't seem to care about how tenants get in and out of their buildings. This condition has existed, according to tenants, since Vantage began manageing the properties in 2008.

These are photos of current conditions at 35-18 and 35-24 95th Street in Jackson Heights, NY. This condition has been ongoing and Vantage created it when it did some concrete work around the fencing they installed. Despite representatives from Vantage being aware of these conditions, they remain. People with disabilities and the elderly  cannot grab the fence and maneuver themselves around the water. Physically capable people can grab a hold of the fence, but potentially they can loose their grasp and fall causing serious injuries.
